Return Time
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Extended returns may apply during bank holidays.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
- Tags and labels must still be attached.
- Some items (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products like earrings or cosmetics) may not be returnable unless faulty.

- We recommend using a tracked service for a proof of return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
