UK Shipping Information

We have multiple delivery options to get your order.
  • Tracked 48 delivery - £3.50
  • Tracked 24 delivery - £4.50

International Shipping Information
Shipping cost and time may vary depending on the location and order size. These will be calculated at checkout.


Processing Time
  • Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm or during Sunday/bank holidays will be processed by the next working day.

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the parcel status.

Return Time
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Extended returns may apply during bank holidays.

  • Tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Some items (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products like earrings or cosmetics) may not be returnable unless faulty.

Return Your Parcel
  • Repack your item securely.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for a proof of return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
